Excellent Notebook Case Excellent Price!Feb 05, 2009

I originally purchased this case for my 12.1" Ultra Portable Notebook, and there was plenty of room. I since sold my 12.1" and purchased a 14.1", which also fits in this case very well! As a reference, the case will hold 12, 13, and 14 inch laptops, up to 13.15 in (L) which is more than what is stated in specifications. The construction is great, keeps my laptop safe and secure with shock-absorbing, high-density DropShield¨ Protection. I would not use it in heavy rain for the simple fact that at the corner where the two zippered flaps meet, it is not waterproof, just be aware. A plastic bag or ziplock around laptop is suggested if monsoon weather is forecaseted. That aside, I am super pleased with this case. Buy it, you'll like it...

I LIKE THIS BAG! I've looked at a dozen laptop cases, and this is one of the smartest-designed cases I`ve seen - practical & good looking
1. has soft padding and hard case for extra protection.
2. can open it up from the top or side, so it can be used in a messenger bag or backpack,
3. also sturdy enough to be carried on it's own
4. water resistant material
5. has a front zipped pocket area that is surprisingly low profile but roomy for cords, adapter, pda, etc (unlike other bags that either have no accessory pocket, or the extra pocket is loose and stuff will fall out, or pocket juts out)
6. zippers are easy to use, especially the double zipper design
7. less expensive than other hard shell laptop sleeves
