Wow - I had read several complaints and bought this anyway(do an internet search for Print Shop Ver 22 & 23 problems). "Won't happen to me", right?
I've always used PrintShop for all my graphics and sign needs and decided to go with a new version for my Vista system. BIG mistake !!! My computer no longer works correctly and froze or blue screened frequently. Problems began immediately after installing this software whereas these problems did not exist the prior 2 years I've had this machine.
In desperation, I uninstalled it but continue to have problems computer crash problems. From what I've read, the best fix to this is to wipe the hard drive and start over. Yikes !
I'm very disappointed that I could not upgrade for new graphics and features. However, on the bright side, I discovered my old version of PrintShop works just fine with the Vista. Better some than none, but stay away from this one !

I have Vista and also Print Shop Deluxe 22 and have had no compatibility issues. I like this program because it is very easy to use. I dont have a lot of experience with other programs, but i use print shop to make calendars, greeting cards, newsletters, posters, etc.. I recently used it to make graduation annoucements. Some things are a pain, like having to put in a disc to use some of the graphic features. Overall, for non professional use, I find it quick and easy.

The merchandise is probably okay if I could use it. I am still awaiting a disc that was not included in the package. I wrote and received an almost immediate response-I was impressed. However, I have still not received the missing disc.

My husband got me PrintShop Deluxe 22 since my old beloved version 15 no longer worked under Windows 7. (Actually we had to download a patch to make even this version work.) I found that some of my old PrintShop projects would not open under version 22. This was a small problem.
I was also temporarily excited about being able to create web pages, since my old version of FrontPage no longer worked on Windows 7 either. Unfortunately, the web pages this product creates seem to get stuck in the upper left corner of the screen. I had wanted to use it to create html coding for my ebay items, but when I copied it into ebay, it overlaid the upper left corner of the ebay page! I might be able to figure out why it's doing that, but it will take some time and investigation, so for now, that function is not working to my satisfaction.
But my major complaint is that the description of this product stated that you could create your own customizable iPod skins. Inside the box was a slip of paper with instructions to download the templates in one of two ways. First I tried following the instructions to download them from within the program, but this resulted in a Server Error ("We are unable to perform the selected action. We apologize for the inconvenience.") So next I tried to download them directly from the internet and received the error message "Requested URL not found on this server." I went to the Broderbund website for help, since the help function in the program did not even recognize the keywords "ipod" or "skins." Navigating to the Product Support page, I tried to search for a solution, but again, both keywords were not found. So I sent an email to the "Contact us" link. I received a form response saying they had received my email, but I never got an answer to my question, even though I even tried resubmitting it. I finally found a Broderbund forum that I had to register for in order to find some help, and a did get an answer from the forum moderator. Her response was "Since Print Shop 22 is an older product, which was originally released approximately 5 years ago, the iPod templates were removed from the [...] web site when the Broderbund Support site was restructured earlier this year." That's it - no apology, no way to solve the problem.
So, if you are looking for the ipod skins function, don't buy this version of PrintShop. But, for a decent product for other popular projects, such as cards, posters, labels, etc., it does just fine.

Product will not even install (WinXP).
InPageError prevents the installation from ever completing.
Drink coasters anyone ?
