 Nice product...once you can get it to installMar 04, 2010
The product itself is great for my two kids (5 years and 3 years), but for some reason it would not install initially on a standard Windows XP professional platform. Found the following site that explained how to update the .ini setup file and it worked...but it took a 10 minute activity into an hour and I never expect to touch the setup files when purchasing packaged software.

Will not load after installation. Product description says it supports Windows XP. I am running 64-bit Windows 7, which is likely the problem. My recommendation is that you should not purchase this product if you have a 64-bit OS.

I bought this software and it won't load to my computer even after I follow instructions on the cd and on their website. my kid was disappointed as he is used to software working right from the box. this is a waste of money.

Love, love, love this! I can set my 3.5 year old up with it and he can totally do it all by himself (with a trackball mouse)

I love Reader Rabbit's learning tools and my daughter would play with this all day if I allowed her too but because of her age she's only allowed small increments at a time. Great for kids.
